Allen R. Voigt – Chief Executive Officer

Co Founder of One Green World, Allen is a creative result driven executive with twenty-five years of experience in corporate asset based financing, management, marketing and sales with emphasis on Entertainment, Media, Communications and Healthcare industries. Allen has held executive level positions from 1980 to 2007 with IBM, AT&T, GE Capital, SCG Capital, Solarcom and CIT.

In 2010, Allen became a managing partner serving as CFO and Head of Business Affairs for LeMac Entertainment Group, LLC where he guided the company through its initial startup. Allen successfully developed new and innovative financial strategies to secure capital and financing for independent filmmakers and larger independent entertainment funds while minimizing risk for investors through optional bond securities as well as film performance based metrics used for film array financing.

From 2014 to 2016, Allen served as Corporate Advisor for one of the leading Hemp Investment groups on Brazilian Markets and Native Indian Tribal initiatives.  Additionally, Allen served as the Chief Strategist and Director of HempMeds Brazil, LLC., where he and his team focused on the first ‍‍‍year market launch of CBD hemp oil extraction as a Natural bio based medicine for Brazil.  The Brazilian CBD market has been conservatively valued to be more than 1 Billion USD. Allen has an acute in-depth knowledge of the Cannabis CBD market in United States, Brazil and globally. ‍‍‍

Othon Guilherme B. D. Nin

One Green World's cofounding partner, Othon Nin graduated with honors as one of the top engineering students from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Otho inicially lauched his carrer as an Industrial engineer, working for Petrobras and Ipiranga in the energy sector.  Othon has held positions in management, production, supply chain, marketing and financing with Brazilian National Development Bank (BNDES), BBM group and Votorantim Bank specifically focused on social economic impact projects

In 2010, Othon along with some other University fellow graduates, launched their first startup - "Hotel Facil", working in partnership with the U.S based company - Expedia; at a time when online travel was just getting started. Two years later in a continuing pursuit of his entrepreneurial spirit, Othon created another internet business for online education called "ZORBOO". ZORBOO's application platform that was focused on sustainable corporate internal training and was precursor to online educational offerings such as Lynda and Udemy.  In 2014, Mr. Nin became a Consulting Advisor and VP of Online Operations for HempMeds Brazil, LLC, a San Diego hemp based products company.  Othon guided the new venture through its initial startup and developed strategies to successfully launch a Cannabidiol (CBD) based Hemp Oil product in Brazil; winning Global accolades for being the very first Company to enter the Brazilian market with the Company's most popular hemp ‍‍‍CBD product, Real Scientific Hemp Oil (RSHO) which continues to be one of the most recognized and doctor prescribed brands of CBD available in Brazil.
